Blog entry #4: Project reflection

The importance of small actions and their impact in the long term is the greatest of the lessons that this project leaves us. We have learned that no matter how difficult it may seem, a decision, an action in the present is enough for the future to be completely different from how it would have been if we did nothing. We face normal difficulties of teamwork, managing times, meetings, and agree on the content and structure of the project. In the end, the result was incredible. Everyone's effort paid off and we were able to prepare a professional report containing relevant information about the Butterfly Effect: Small Businesses with a large impact. We hope that the audience finds it equally useful and that we definitely want to learn more about it. Sustainability and caring for the environment is vital for everyone and even more for a business that aspires to remain in time.

Blog entry #1: Summary of proposal and company research

 We are an incredibly committed and diverse group, that is passionate about business and its impact on society. We are interested in the butterfly effect created by small businesses since our focus is mostly entrepreneurship and we would like to learn how these startups have achieved it. Our decision-making process is based on communication and evaluation of the best option by creating consensus. Our chosen project level is A, and the deliverable will be a complete research report in conjunction with an active presentation where we will share what we have learned with the rest of the class. Our proposal will include an introduction, the proposal with a plan, conclusions, and references.
